4. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WinlytAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits or business opportunities.
